今天靈修的是詩篇31篇，大衛的詩。當我們讀的時候，彷彿是我們自己在神面前傾訴以及看見神的回應。這是為什麼許多人喜歡詩篇，詩篇表達的情感非常的直接，像是我們自己在神面前傾心吐意。常常是在靈修結束的時候，我們從經文中得到神話語的滋養、被神的話語剛強。

我們常說，主耶穌是最好的朋友、最好的導師，這是真的。當遇見難處、糾結的時候，我們常常是四處找人傾述，但主的話語常常是最有力量的、也是最貼切我們的處境，主的話語是最好的輔導，是我們在疑問中最好的答案。
 

 1. 神是我們所仰望的

主神是我的磐石、我的保障(x2, v2，v4)、我的嚴石、我的山寨(v3)。主神是公義的神v1、誠實的神(God of truth)v5、慈愛的神v7、憐憫人的神v9、救贖的神v5、搭救我的神v1。 是的，我將我的靈魂交在你的手中，主啊，你是誠實的神，求你拯救我，求你『引導我，指點我』。孩子是愚笨的，沒有智慧，也沒有遠見，但是主啊，求你來引導我，孩子願意倒空自己，在主面前承認自己的無能和無力，願我的無力成為主袮所賜給的『得力』，因為袮的能力在人的軟弱上顯為剛強。

所以，我們來投靠你v1，倚靠你v6，因為『你見過我的困苦，知道我心中的艱難』v7。
 

2. 神是指引我道路的

詩人的境況好像今日的你我，從詩人在神面前的傾訴中，我們也好像讀到自己的心聲：

11節，我因一切的敵人成了羞辱，在我的鄰居面前更甚；那認識我的都懼怕我，在外圖看見我的都躲避我。12節，我被人忘記，。。，無人記念，我好像破碎的器皿。 詩人的表達這樣的清晰，如同一個『破碎了的』的器皿，碎了，帶著傷痛。13節，我聽見許多人的讒謗，四圍都是驚赫。

詩篇是第一人稱向主傾心吐意，所以記錄了詩人在神面前最真實的境況，最真實的疼痛、破碎和無助；然而即便如此，14節，詩人宣告說『我仍舊倚靠袮』 - 我終身的事在你的手中，求袮救贖我！8節，美麗的句子，你使我的腳站在寬闊之處。是的，祈求主顧念我們，將我們放置在『寬闊之處』！
 

3. 禱告

是的，如同詩篇裡寫的，我們來到神的施恩寶座前，呼喊阿爸 父，求你『使你的臉光照僕人』，『憑袮自己的慈愛拯救我們，求你叫我們不羞愧』v16。

哦 主啊，袮的話語是何等的真實和有力，是的，求袮『把我們藏在你面前的隱密之處』，求袮『暗暗地保守我們在亭子裡』，『免受口舌的爭鬧』。
 

是的，主啊我們來到袮面前呼求，求袮垂聽我們懇求的聲音v22； 求主賜給我們等候的心，等候主袮的拯救和作為。

Psalm 31
For the director of music. A psalm of David.

1 In you, Lord, I have taken refuge;
    let me never be put to shame;
    deliver me in your righteousness.
2 Turn your ear to me,
    come quickly to my rescue;
be my rock of refuge,
    a strong fortress to save me.
3 Since you are my rock and my fortress,
    for the sake of your name lead and guide me.
4 Keep me free from the trap that is set for me,
    for you are my refuge.
5 Into your hands I commit my spirit;
    deliver me, Lord, my faithful God.

6 I hate those who cling to worthless idols;
    as for me, I trust in the Lord.
7 I will be glad and rejoice in your love,
    for you saw my affliction
    and knew the anguish of my soul.
8 You have not given me into the hands of the enemy
    but have set my feet in a spacious place.

9 Be merciful to me, Lord, for I am in distress;
    my eyes grow weak with sorrow,
    my soul and body with grief.
10 My life is consumed by anguish
    and my years by groaning;
my strength fails because of my affliction,[b]
    and my bones grow weak.
11 Because of all my enemies,
    I am the utter contempt of my neighbors
and an object of dread to my closest friends—
    those who see me on the street flee from me.
12 I am forgotten as though I were dead;
    I have become like broken pottery.
13 For I hear many whispering,
    “Terror on every side!”
They conspire against me
    and plot to take my life.

14 But I trust in you, Lord;
    I say, “You are my God.”
15 My times are in your hands;
    deliver me from the hands of my enemies,
    from those who pursue me.
16 Let your face shine on your servant;
    save me in your unfailing love.
17 Let me not be put to shame, Lord,
    for I have cried out to you;
but let the wicked be put to shame
    and be silent in the realm of the dead.
18 Let their lying lips be silenced,
    for with pride and contempt
    they speak arrogantly against the righteous.

19 How abundant are the good things
    that you have stored up for those who fear you,
that you bestow in the sight of all,
    on those who take refuge in you.
20 In the shelter of your presence you hide them
    from all human intrigues;
you keep them safe in your dwelling
    from accusing tongues.

21 Praise be to the Lord,
    for he showed me the wonders of his love
    when I was in a city under siege.
22 In my alarm I said,
    “I am cut off from your sight!”
Yet you heard my cry for mercy
    when I called to you for help.

23 Love the Lord, all his faithful people!
    The Lord preserves those who are true to him,
    but the proud he pays back in full.
24 Be strong and take heart,
    all you who hope in the Lord.
